Overview of Sponsorship Agreement:

Welcome Sponsor Guardian(s)!

Abinta Kabir Foundation (AKF) family appreciates the effort taken by you and your family for your generous pledge and contribution for the girls at Abinta Kabir Foundation School (AKFS). Your kindness and generosity of gifting BDT 2000.00 per month for a girl will pave the way for an under-served girl’s education and help them on their path to become Global Citizens. Your gift will cover the expenses of each girl’s daily nutritious meals, snacks, stationery use, monthly health camps, necessary hygiene and sanitation supplies, uniforms, sweaters, bags, books, shoes, sports wear, notebooks, field trips, study tours, as well as information technology (IT) and STEM resources!

Caution: This agreement is non-binding and can/may be cancelled at any point in time. However, we earnestly request you to notify us (2) two months prior to your discontinuation date so that we can find like-minded souls who are willing to take the sponsorship forward.

Additionally, we request you to make payments of your pledge within the first month of accepting the role of being a Sponsor Guardian. Duly note that students in our school can/may drop out at any point of their journeys with us. The major causes for student dropouts: migration (inter-city or inter-district), family pressures to become employed or a contributing member, or any other unforeseen/unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, we humbly request you to stay patient with us as we assign you a new student. We cherish your pledge deeply and celebrate the responsibility you have taken!

Our Fidelity:

Girls attend schools on a regular basis and are cared for by trained and professional adults (Teachers, Administrators, Support Staff, Consultants, etc)
Regular assessments are conducted and shared every quarter for updates
Become a Sponsor Guardian immediately, effective from the date of your first pledge, upon which you will receive the Sponsorship Kit and Student Profile from AKF
We take pride in providing one of the most hygienic environment/premise for our girls
Our values and guiding principles, (Trust, Respect, Gratitude, Open Mindedness, and Determination), are taught to every child so they can resonate with our Founder, Abinta Kabir, who used to cherish and live by these values; these values are our five pillars of discipline
Our girls attend monthly health camps and are given immediate as well as basic health/medical check ups so that they remain motivated and healthy
Invitations to all of the school’s annual programs and events for sponsor guardians where it is permissible
Schedule a visit to meet your sponsored girl and spend quality time with them
We make prudent use of your funds transparently, using standard accounting procedures
Our accounts are audited every annum by the top accounting firms/institutions in the country
Conditions of the Sponsorship Agreement:

I declare that the information provided in this form, to my best knowledge, is true and correct
I agree to start making contributions for the girl(s’) education within the first month of the pledge/ sponsorship form sign up
I agree to pay BDT 2000.00 or USD 25.00 or GBP 20.00 per month to Abinta Kabir Foundation to sponsor a girl’s education
I agree to pay the sponsorship amount monthly/quarterly/semi-annually/annually given I state the recurring intervals* during the first month of the sponsorship sign up
In case of discontinuation, I will notify Abinta Kabir Foundation two months or 60 days prior to the event
I pledge to be involved as a Sponsor Guardian and take an active interest in the girl’s life that I am sponsoring
I hereby declare that I fully understand and accept all the terms and conditions stated above and comply with all clauses stated above

Recurring Intervals* | AKF understands that payment plans should be flexible and transparent. As a sponsor guardian, you will have the flexibility in choosing the interval that you are most comfortable with. You may choose to disburse the sponsorship amount in the following interval plans: monthly/quarterly/semi-annually/annually. For simplicity of expectation mapping, we earnestly request all donors/guardians to declare/choose their interval plan during the first month of the sponsorship tenure. If you wish to change your interval plan and continue to be a sponsor guardian, please notify us (30) thirty days or (1) one month in advance.

Privacy Policy:

All our donors/sponsor guardian’s personal information is strictly confidential and only intended for the sole use and knowledge of Abinta Kabir Foundation.
All our stakeholders (especially AKF management/staff/administrators/teachers/consultants) sign Non-disclosure Agreements (NDA’s) at the beginning of their employment tenure. We take pride in handling private information and insights of collaborator/well-wishers/guardians/donors very seriously so that they stay private even after the employment tenure has ended with AKF.

Refund Policy:

AKF understands that sometimes due to unavoidable circumstances their can/may be errors in accounting that can/may lead to excessive payment. In such cases AKF management will try to resolve the matter as quickly and as smoothly as possible. However, the standard duration of review may range from (5) five to (15) fifteen working days from the day of claim.
